Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within one to two working days. If for some reason any item goes out of stock, we will contact you with the option to swap with a similar item, remove the item from your order or hold your order until the item is available.

SHIPPING NOTES
We recommend getting shipping insurance as we will not be responsible for damage or loss once the package leaves our facility. Visit Domestic US Shipping Insurance or International Shipping Insurance page. Orders over $75 are highly recommended to be shipped by UPS for safety (if option available). UPS does not deliver to a PO Box address, therefore please provide a physical address if ordering by UPS. Orders are usually processed & shipped within 1-2 business days. Speed Count is in Business Days (Monday-Friday) and starts after order is shipped. Actual time depends on the destination. These are approximates and we cannot guarantee timely delivery except thru UPS. International orders may take longer to some countries than time listed. Click on the link and enter the requested information and click update. It will show you all the available methods that your order can be shipped. You can do this any time during your shopping.

Returns Policy

Dar-us-Salam Publications guarantees that you will receive quality products that are new and in good condition (unless otherwise noted). Dar-us-Salam backs all of its products with a 15 day money-back guarantee, subject to terms conditions outlined below.

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from us. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 15 days of receipt in its original packaging and condition, and we will refund the cost of the goods. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Items that are found to be broken and/or defective upon delivery or initial use will be exchanged for the same product/s at no cost to the customer.

Software

All software products are non refundable once opened, unless damaged or defective, in which case the software will be exchanged for the exact same product/s. Dar-us-Salam is not responsible for the non-compatibility of software with the customer's computer system.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before we ship the items. Once the items are shipped, order cannot be cancelled. For cancellations call or e-mail us with your Order number.
