All prices listed are in US Dollars. We accept the following payment methods through 128-bit high security:

When ordering you will have the option to select the desired shipping method. We ship through UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) within USA and throughout most of the world.
Orders are usually dispatched same day if placed by ~10:30 AM US Central Time on business days. Orders placed after 10:30 AM will ship the next business day. If an order is urgent, you can call/email us and we will see if we can process it same day. UPS only operates Monday-Friday while USPS Postal Service also operates on Saturday.
If for some reason any item goes out of stock, we will contact you with the option to swap with a similar item, remove the item from your order or hold your order until the item is available.
To find the shipping rates before checkout add the products you need to the cart. There is a table on the bottom of Shopping Cart page which has the link "Find the Shipping Rates". Click on the link and enter the requested information and click update. It will show you all the available methods that your order can be shipped. You can do this any time during your shopping.
Dar-us-Salam Publications guarantees your satisfaction. If you dislike the contents of a product you may return it within 15 days of receipt in the original condition for a full refund less S&H. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns/refunds.
All electronic products are non-refundable after 5 days of receipt. In case of defect, item can only be replaced by a similar brand within 15 days of receipt. In both cases, the item must be in new condition without any physical damage or usage marks. We reserve the right to refuse return/exchange depending on the circumstances.
Dar-us-Salam always ships quality products that are new and in good condition (unless otherwise noted). However, in the unfortunate event that the product is received damaged or broken, we will work with you to file a claim with our insurer. Please keep all documentation including packing box and goods with you until further notified by our representative. If Insurance was not taken, we can still exchange the product but with partial credit for it. Insurance options can be found on the Services page.

Orders can be cancelled before we ship the items. Once the items are shipped, order cannot be cancelled. For cancellations call or e-mail us with your Order number.
